The upper and inner lining of Chelsea boots are composed of natural cow leather, lining fabric, and sponge, capable of enduring 25,000 bends without breaking

PU+RB outsole provides wear resistance, electrical shock resistance, oil resistance, and slip resistance.It meets various job requirements in different scenarios,ensuring your comfortable and safe

 

Impact resistance: Safety steel toe --- level 1 toe cap protection impact energy of 125 joules.

Compression resistance: safety steel head --- load the compression force at a speed of 222.4 N/s to 11121 N after compression, no more than the ASTM F2413-18 standard value.

Waterproof: Natural cow leather water-proof +Bootie lining of Hydroguard membrane, ensuring reliable waterproof performance lt can withstand 25,000 bends without leaking water.

Abrasion resistance: Polyurethane (PU) and RB outsole have abrasion resistance - After the DIN abrasion test machine (84 turns), the relative wear loss should not exceed 150mm³.

Electric shock resistant: Polyurethane (PU) and RB outsole have an electric shock-resistant formula - Withstand a voltage of 18,000V for up to 1 minute without breakdown and the leakage current does not exceed 1mA.

Resistance To Fuel Oil: Polyurethane (PU) and RB outsole have resistance to fuel oil formula - After immersing the test piece in trimethylpentane at a temperature of (23±2)°C for a time of (22±0.25) hours, the volume expansion rate should not exceed 12% and the volume contraction rate should not be less than 1%.

Slip-resistant: Polyurethane (PU) and RB outsole have a slip-resistant formula - With a sliding friction coefficient of more than 0.28 in the Eurotile 2 and NALS slip resistance tests, and a rotating plane sliding friction coefficient of more than 0.32.
